Luke Stefanou, a senior at Palos Verdes High in California, won the boys varsity title on the 3-mile course at the Bay League championship meet at Redondo Union High. Stefanou clocked 14:38.1 to help Palos Verdes take third overall with 67 points, advancing to the CIF-Southern Section Division 3 prelims Nov. 13 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.
