Redondo Union High of California teammates Adam Divinity, a junior, and senior Kyle Nguyen placed second and fourth, respectively, in the Bay League final, helping the Sea Hawks finish second as a team by a 27-55 margin against Mira Costa High. Divinity covered the 3-mile layout at Redondo Union in 14:44.47 and Nguyen ran 14:56.95 to help the Sea Hawks secure runner-up after capturing the league title last season.
